TCMF 2027 Camping – Terms & Conditions

By booking and/or staying at the North Companions FC TCMF Campground, all campers agree to the following Terms and Conditions.​​

1. General Conditions

1.1 All sites are unpowered caravan and campervan sites only.
1.2 No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
1.3 A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
1.4 EFTPOS only – no cash payments accepted.
1.5 All campers must vacate the campground by 12:00pm on Tuesday, 27 January 2026.

2. Access & Security

2.1 Vehicular access is permitted between 7:00am and 10:00pm only.
2.2 The entrance gate will be locked between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
2.3 The campground will be illuminated from sunset until midnight.
2.4 Security will be on-site 24 hours a day.

3. Water & Utilities

3.1 Town water will be available at a central refill point. Caravans and campervans may be moved to this location for refilling.
3.2 Campers must comply with any water restrictions in place at the time of the Festival.
3.3 Inflatable pools or devices capable of holding water for swimming, wading or sitting are strictly prohibited.
3.4 There is no RV dump point on-site. Information regarding public dump points in Tamworth will be provided in the information pack.

4. Fire & Safety

4.1 Fireworks, open fires and pit fires are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Caravan and campervan stoves and BBQs are permitted.
4.3 A serviceable fire extinguisher must be kept next to any stove or BBQ at all times.
4.4 No petroleum-powered generators are permitted.
4.5 Non-petroleum-powered generators are permitted provided they do not disturb other campers.

5. Amenities

5.1 Permanent toilets and temporary shower facilities are available on-site.
5.2 There are no communal BBQ facilities provided.

6. Pets

6.1 Dogs are permitted but must remain on a leash at all times.
6.2 Owners must immediately clean up and dispose of any pet waste using the bins provided.

7. Noise & Behaviour

7.1 Noise is strictly prohibited between midnight and 7:00am.
7.2 Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian.
7.3 All campers must behave in a respectful manner towards other campers, staff and security.

8. Departure & Clean-Up

8.1 Upon departure, all belongings, rubbish, camping equipment and vehicles must be removed from the site.
8.2 Sites must be left clean and tidy.

9. Flood Risk & Liability

9.1 The campground is located within a designated flood zone.
9.2 In the event of an emergency, all directions from SES, police, fire authorities, security personnel, or North Companions FC officials must be followed immediately.
9.3 By choosing to camp at this location, campers acknowledge and accept the risks associated with camping in a flood-prone area.
9.4 Campers agree to indemnify Tamworth Regional Council against any damage, loss, liability or injury (including claims by third parties) arising from camping or any camping-related activity.

Note: These grounds have not been inundated for at least 20 years.

10. Compliance

Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in removal from the campground without refund.
