MEN'S PREMIER LEAGUE

1st Grade & Reserve Grade

The Men’s Premier League teams represent the highest level of football at North Companions, competing in the Northern Inland Premier League.

These squads are for committed players seeking high-level competition, structured training and a strong match-day environment. Football at this level demands discipline, fitness and teamwork, with a strong focus on performance, consistency and proudly representing the club at the highest standard.

Across the season, the teams face strong opposition from across the Northern Inland region, competing against clubs from Tamworth, Narrabri, Armidale and Inverell. The Premier League squad also competes in the National Hahn Australia Cup, providing the opportunity to test themselves against teams from outside the local competition.

WOMEN'S FOOTBALL

1st Grade & Reserve Grade

North Companions is proud of its strong history and continued commitment to women’s football.

Our Women’s teams compete in senior competition, providing a supportive and competitive environment for players of varying experience levels. Training focuses on technical development, game understanding and team cohesion, while maintaining a positive and inclusive club culture.

The Women’s program also forms a natural pathway for players progressing from junior and youth football into senior competition.

MEN'S 3RD & 4TH GRADE

Senior Competition

The Men’s 3rd and 4th Grade teams offer competitive senior football in a more flexible and social environment.

These grades are ideal for players returning to the game, balancing football with work or family commitments, or simply wanting to enjoy competition as part of a team. While matches remain competitive, the focus is on enjoyment, participation and maintaining a strong connection to the club.

These teams also play an important development role, acting as a stepping stone for youth players transitioning out of youth football, or for those playing youth and senior football simultaneously. They provide a pathway for players looking to progress into the Men’s Premier League squads over time.

Players of all backgrounds and experience levels are welcome, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, sportsmanship and club culture.
